    The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line twenty-four, by striking out the period and adding the following: with the amendment set forth below:

    On page three, section three, subsection 3.1, after the words “prescription drugs.” by adding the following: Notwithstanding the provisions of W. Va. Code §60A-8-7, the fee for a license for the wholesale distribution of drugs is $750.00.
